Key details regarding qualified pigeons.

📍 Teams without pigeons participating in the 120 km qualification round will receive a refund of the entry fee. (No refund if pigeons are lost during the round).

📍 Pigeons returning within 3 days (Oct 31 – Nov 2, 2025) must be activated. Selection is not allowed.

📍 Payment to activate pigeons that pass the qualification round must be made within 5 days (Nov 3–7, 2025).

📍 For pigeons returning on day 4–5 (Nov 3–4, 2025), participants may choose whether to pay the activation fee to keep them in the competition. If not activated, these pigeons will be withdrawn from the race and ownership will transfer to the organizer. No refund of any activation fee. ‎<This message was edited>

Furthermore, you can log in to your team’s account to download the activation fee invoice, or conveniently pay online via the provided link. The invoice and the payment link will be available in your team’s account from November 3rd.

Another key detail to consider when preparing for the race is the team arrangement.

From November 3–17, 2025, all participants will be able to arrange their teams for a chance to win the Team Prize! 🏆

Here’s what you need to know in advance:
✨ Team arrangements can be made only after the activation fee is fully paid.
✨ you can log in to your team account on our website to arrange your teams:
• Small Team: 6 pigeons
• Large Team: 10 pigeons

If you don’t have access to your team account yet, don’t worry — you can send us your email address for registration.

💡 Note: Team eligibility is based on the total number of pigeons sent to complete, regardless of how many are currently remaining.

All birds are fed PREMIUM Versele Laga Black Label Feed, and placed on a premium health program, and also given superior supplements prior to their shipment to Pattaya Race.

Your best chances of success begin with the necessary preparation of their health before they get to Pattaya!!

Avian Export Services is both the race "Agent" and "Shipper" for all birds we collect and export on your behalf.

The participant/breeder shall make an initial advance payment Entry Fee of USD $580 for a team, so long as birds are sent under the same team name.

A small TEAM consists of 6 BIRDS, a large TEAM consists of 10 Birds.

After the 120 km training, every pigeon that comes back within 3 days of this qualifying round in good health shall then need to be activated by the owner, at a price of $580 Per Pigeon. (Please read the details in the brochure).

Also at this time you will need to provide the pedigrees for your remaining birds that have returned, if you havent previously submitted the pedigrees at the time your birds are shipped from USA to Thailand.

ALL PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO: AVIAN EXPORT SERVICES

International Export Fee's are $130 per bird for all shipments to Thailand.

The international export fee's & advance entry fees of $580 are due with the birds upon arrival.
