Our professional DONE-FOR-YOU services include direct importing to the USA from Europe, and also direct importing to the USA from Kuwait, as well as a few other select countries around the world. Your birds are always given the highest quality feeds, including Versele-Laga Black Label Feed, high end probiotics, seaweed grit, and other nutritional supplements, while going through the entire importation process with us.

We do not cut any corners on quality, as we want you to experience only the very best we have to offer for you and your birds.

Our organized, straight-forward importation process DOES NOT subject your birds to multi-country travels and stays, and extended longer than normal quarantines, which would subject your birds to unnecessary added stress and delays. That slow route requires birds to stay in Poland for two months, then they go to Canada for another three months, prior to finally arriving to the USA for final delivery. We regularly work with some of the most reputable auction houses, and breeders throughout all of europe, and have personally purchased our very own birds from these sources which operate only within the highest levels of integrity and service. We are very selective with all of the vendors we choose to work with throughout this process. They have been fully vetted, so you can have peace of mind knowing we only work with the very best, and do not settle for just anyone who works out in the pigeon business space.

The average time your birds spend in quarantine from the time they start their inspection in EUROPE to the time they are eligible for final delivery here in the USA is typically just under 65 days!

ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 6, 2024. ALL DELIVERIES TO ATF MUST ARRIVE BY THE SEPTEMBER 6TH DEADLINE! THE INSPECTION WILL START THE MORNING OF SEPTEMBER 6, 2024.

The importation of your birds through our services, is conditional upon your completion of this form and full acceptance to both ATF'S terms and conditions of service, and also Avian Export Services terms and conditions of service. This form also applies to approved exporters located outside of the USA, that are organizing or transporting birds to us, on others behalf. This form is a requirement for all importing services offered. By completing this form you certify that the information presented is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and understanding.

All reservations are honored on a first come first serve basis.

This form is for our upcoming (Group 14) collection which will take place in early September 2024.

PLEASE NOTE: 2024 NEW REGULATIONS IN EUROPE ARE THE FOLLOWING: If ATF needs to collect your pigeons outside of The Netherlands, your fancier/Seller needs to arrange an Intra Trade Certificate TRACER which is a kind of health certificate for transport within the EU countries. Please advise your fancier to arrange this with their State Vet. Your fancier cannot use a normal Vet to get this health certificate. It must be issued by their State Vet. This rule only applies when ATF picks up the pigeons and is not needed if your fancier delivers the birds to ATF themselves. You will be provided a list of preferred couriers that can assist with pickup and delivery of birds to ATF, if birds are located outside of Holland. This list is made available after you submit your reservation form to us.

WE MUST RECEIVE ALL RESERVATIONS BY THE SEPTEMBER 6TH DEADLINE! ALL BIRDS MUST BE DELIVERED BY SEPTEMBER 6TH TO ATF.

After you submit your form, the screen will take you to a thank you page, confirming receipt of your reservation. You will also receive an automated email response and confirmation, so long as it doesn't land in your spam folder.

Since this is an automated process, please check your email folders, as sometimes these confirmations do not get delivered to email inboxes 100% of the time. You'll want to whitelist our email address, so it doesn't get flagged as spam. This will help with the notification delivery on your receiving side of the process.

If located outside of the Netherlands ATF will no longer be able to pickup birds outside of their country UNLESS your seller can arrange to have a TRACER HEALTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THEIR STATE VET. The EU has now enforced this mandatory rule which took affect on January 1st 2024. If your seller cannot arrange this necessary Health Certificate they will need to have the birds delivered to ATF using a courier. You will be provided a list of approved couriers that can help deliver your birds to ATF if your birds are located outside of The Netherlands. Please indicate whether your SELLER WILL PERSONALLY DELIVER THE BIRDS TO ATF or whether they will be able to arrange to have a COURIER TO DELIVER THE BIRDS TO ATF if they cannot obtain the necessary certificate.

The associated and combined 30 days pre export EU quarantine fees/export fees/ booking and reservations for the USA/ and importation/30 days mandatory federal import quarantine/ PMV and AI testing in the USA will be $410 USD per bird. Domestic related shipping fees are additional. If there are any issues with testing this amount could be more due to extended days in quarantine which are an additional $5.75 per bird per day for birds that must stay beyond 30 days mandatory import quarantine. Late fees will also apply based on the terms and conditions set forth. Incidentals are always billed at the end of the quarantine process. Please be aware that your birds may require special treatment as advised by the USDA while they are in quarantine as part of federal regulatory procedures that are put in place for the safety and well being of your birds. See Title 9 Code Part 93.106(a). The quarantine facility is not a clinic and does not provide therapeutic care for birds. We are strictly prohibited from soliciting or rendering medical advice or care for your birds. This expertise must be done strictly through an accredited Avian Veterinarian. On rare occasions your birds may require an accredited Avian Veterinarian to visit the quarantine facility and administer additional care and treatment to your bird. We will always contact you to authorize said treatment before any additional costs are billed separately to you for those necessary treatments. Please certify that all the birds you are having us import to the USA have truthfully been vaccinated for PMV and Salmonella at least 2x prior to ATF picking the birds up at the EU pickup location. Birds also must be free of any external parasites including lice. Do not overlook these factors as unvaccinated birds and any birds that have external parasites or lice or carriers of salmonella have the potential to jeopardize both your birds as well as everyone else's birds and investments on a shipment. After your birds complete USA import quarantine we will ship your birds to you via USPS Express mail from our quarantine facility here in Utah. If you would rather us ship your birds to you via Delta Cargo please indicate here. Type your preferred method in this field. USPS Express or Delta Cargo? If you would like us to purchase insurance through USPS please indicate the insured amount you would like us to purchase and we will add this fee assessed by USPS directly to your invoice.*
Please indicate that you AGREE to not have any birds removed from our group once they have been reserved and assigned to our group. You must notify us of a change and or a request for removal of birds at least 14 days prior to ATF's collection/pickup. Failure to notify us will result in a forfeiture of all partial credits previously extended for your future imports. Acceptable reasons would pertain to any circumstances relating to transport and logistics or AI or Newcastle outbreaks in an infected area which prohibit the movement of birds in and out of a quarantined zone per EU regulations and enforcement. Your notification request for birds withdrawl from our group must be delivered to us via email. Furthermore if we are unable to fill the spots you originally reserved you will be responsible for paying a non fulfillment fee equivalent to 20 percent of the original reservation you originally booked for your birds. This fee is necessary due to the fact that we must pay all fees to vendors in advance for these available services. If these spots do not get filled we do not get refunded for any empty reservations not filled in the group. This fee would only apply to the USA portion of the importation process.*
Limitations of Liability. Avian Export Services is not liable for any mishaps of birds we handle at any time throughout the entire importation process including euthanasia and or shipping. If you have a bird that dies for any reasons you must directly resolve that matter with the original seller of the bird. Most reputable sellers will offer a free replacement or simply refund your purchase. Title 9 Code of Federal Regulations Part 93.106 (a) applies to all birds imported to the USA that test positive for pmv or avian influenza. This affects the entire shipment and birds cannot be released from import quarantine if there are any issues with the test results. We are also strictly prohibited from getting involved with any aspects of the buyer/seller transactions of bird acquisitions. Pedigrees for your birds should always be given to ATF when birds are picked up or delivered to ATF for collection in Europe. The best case scenario is that you instruct the seller or auction house ahead of time to simply send the pedigrees directly to you here in the USA. We will mail all pedigrees we receive from ATF separately even if we receive them weeks in advance before we receive any birds that come out of import quarantine. Please acknowledge that you understand this by typing YES in the field.*
Please indicate that you AGREE to these terms and conditions of service and that you have read all the terms and conditions of service including all risks associated with importing. You acknowledge and understand how we invoice as well as acknowledge that invoices are always due at the beginning of the importation process. All Import fees are non-refundable but we do issue partial import credits when needed on a case by case basis. EU quarantine fees are non refundable once birds leave the Netherlands. The importation of your birds is conditional upon your full acceptance to all the terms and conditions applicable to both Animals to fly and Avian Export Services terms and conditions of service from beginning to end.
